Extended Stay America Suites- Tallahassee - Killearn

I relocated to Tallahassee for a temporary job. I was only there for five months. Renting a studio room at a long-stay hotel was the best fit for my needs. I researched several options before choosing the Extended Day in Tallahassee-Killearn. I had the most wonderful experience! Top marks in all areas! The manager, is most definitely doing something (everything) right. Every single staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and competent. The whole facility is clean and everything works––the laundry, exercise, vending, etc. equipment. My room was always cleaned and stocked very well. As it turned out, my job was unpleasant and stressful. Having such a wonderful place to come "home" to at the end of a difficult work day, was so very important. The Extended Day in Tallahassee-Killearn became a real oasis for me while I was there. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

The location is in a great area near many restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable, if you need anything during a stay the staff is very accommodating, I would definitely recommend this place to family, friends, and anyone who is looking for a nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay!

I have to say that the staff here are very professional except camiyah she is so freaking awesome, helpful and too nice. . People that have stayed here already know her and happy to see her. On another note this hotel needs to update the kitchen and some of the kitchen ware. They are worn out. Other than that hotel is ok.

The room had everything I needed, full kitchen and plenty of space for me and my dog. The staff was friendly, laid back, and super accommodating. I felt safe here. Plus, the location is perfect. Right by I-10 and central to all the places I needed to go around Tallahassee for work. I recommend this place and will be staying here again.

DEFINITELY UNDERRATED PROPERTY. LARGE ROOM, KITCHEN!! FLEXIBLE, REASONABLE, GOOD VALUE, FOR $85 THRU PRICELINE. JORDAN WAS AN EXCEPTIONAL HOST WELCOMING US. Definitely much higher than 2.5 Stars! Very Pet Friendly and we needed that. We had almost everything we needed to stay the night, recharge & make a salad. The 1980’s dishwasher with plate warmer and full kitchen a big plus! The bed was comfortable, the TV & A/C worked, and the coffee was hot. They did run out of coffee prematurely, and the room needed a better cleaning job (floors and surfaces); and the lovely manager was receptive to our suggestions. Thank you, E.S.A., we really appreciate you. Jordan, you’re awesome!!

I would give it 5 stars if it had just a little bit more of everything. Very good for its price. Having your own complete kitchen is a massive plus and I give them that. Rooms are very spacious and accommodating for large groups. There is a notable “old” smell to the place, perhaps it’s just how old the hotel is. My biggest gripes is that it provides the bare minimum in everything else. Fitness room is just 2 appliances, no weight rack. Pool is small. And the breakfast is just muffins and oatmeal. My biggest advice is just add a little more decor to the rooms and hallways. Place doesn’t feel welcoming at all despite giving you very good service. Just hang a few more paintings in the rooms would do wonders to making it much more cozy and luxurious

The front desk receptionist Very polite anything I need help I was given it with no attitude. Very respectful will definitely come back and recommend this hotel. Housekeep was great too. Great set of employees morning and night shift. Also rooms were very spacious and nice kitchen. You do have to ask for the things you need in the kitchen but I didn’t mind it. Overall great experience

This hotel is clean and VERY quiet.(even the dogs). Nice spacious rooms for price. Rooms have a dishwasher, stove, and microwave. Hotel is located near everything, restaurants, gym, Walmart, etc. Ms. Lawanda the manager very attentive and prompt to resolve my maintenance issues. Front desk staff awesome professional and welcoming. Keep up the good work. You guys represent the hotel, and you’re all amazing. (Shanicia, Mya, Jordan, and David) You all should get something nice for Christmas from the company (Ms. Lawanda also). This is definitely the place to stay if you’re in town for a travel contract. Prices reasonable also.
